Nila Madhav Panda has been an iconic Odia figure since his debut 'I am Kalam' became a darling of the film festivals worldwide. Once again, he makes Odisha proud at the 64th National Awards by winning the coveted special mention award for his Hindi movie 'kadvi hawa'.

The director, known to highlight pertinent social issues, diligently showcases the battle of a farmer against the plight of climatic change in the current endeavour.

The film stars Sanjay Mishra and Ranvir Shorey in central roles. Odisha Global congratulates the visionary Odia Director.

In 1998, Madhab founded Eleeanora Images, a Multimedia Production House. His first iconic feature film, the highly acclaimed ‘I am Kalam’, has won 32 International awards, one national award.
